Description:
As the Infrastructure Engineering SSO contractor in the IT
organization you will be responsible for managing and fulfilling incoming
requests for SSO-enabled Connected Applications.
This requires, but is not limited to: Active Directory, authentication/authorization,
SSO (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 + OpenID Connect) and LDAP experience.
You will communicate and gather requirements from business groups across the
company.
You will be also be involved in small IT infrastructure SSO projects with the
Aloha SSO team. You will interact with various business, security,
engineering and operational teams.
This position is the main point of contact on the team for end-user
escalations for SSO
Connected Applications, and will contribute to the overall success of the engineering
organization by providing timely turnaround for SSO-related change requests
and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Manage queue of incoming SSO requests, prioritizing according to business
need
Negotiate timing and set expectations with the business for each request
Fulfill the majority of incoming requests for setup and configuration of SSO
Connected Applications (Service Providers) on the CLIENT Identity product
(Identity Provider)
Manage small projects and enhancements across the SSO team, as needed
(certification renewal, etc.)
Update and create SSO documentation for technical support groups, as needed
Communicate updates and backlog of requests with management
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
6+ years of Active Directory, authentication/authorization, SSO (SAML 2.0,
OAuth 2.0 + OpenID Connect) and LDAP experience
Prior experience with SSO technologies and products utilizing SAML 2.0, OAuth
2.0, and SCIM open standards (e.g. Shibboleth/OpenSAML, OpenAM, OpenIDM,
Okta, PingFederate/PingOne, OneLogin, ADFS, et al)
Ability to learn and apply new technologies or concepts quickly
Ability to navigate the various business groups and engaging people from all
over the firm
Self-motivator who can run with tasks and escalations on their own
Breadth of knowledge of various infrastructure services (apps, systems,
storage, databases, network, endpoints, mobile devices, workspace technology)
Solid understanding of security theory/practice
Ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously and balance conflicting
demands
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Great oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well and collaborate with other teams of various skill levels
Strong analytical skills coupled with technical creativity and vision
Day to day work will include connecting applications to Aloha SSO. Coordinate
requests with users, so communication and coordination is also important.
