Position Type: Senior Developer / Lead Developer
Location: Santa Clara, California

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Power BI Desktop & Service
    • DAX
    • Power Query (M)
    • Data Modeling (Star Schema, Dimensional Modeling)
    • Report Performance Optimization
    • Row-Level Security (RLS)
    • SQL and Database Development
  • Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and cloud platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Tableau dashboard development and administration.
  • Tableau-to-Power BI migration experience.
  • Azure Data Platform, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Python or R for analytics.
  • Experience with executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
