Role: Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Goleta, CA  (Remote)

Strong Oracle Functional Expertise
Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules—Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Financials. Ability to interpret business requirements, understand E2E processes, and validate data models across these modules. Preferred 5–8 years of combined functional and technical experience.

 

Hands-On User Testing Experience
Experience planning and executing UAT cycles: developing test scripts, preparing test data, coordinating with SMEs, and validating expected vs actual outcomes across end-to-end scenarios.

 

Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and Postgres) with the ability to validate data, analyze issues, and support root-cause analysis. Familiarity with Oracle EBS schemas and key application tables for functional and data validation.

 

Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination
Ability to work with SMEs, project managers, and technical teams, providing clear updates, defect summaries, and guidance throughout testing cycles. Must be able to bridge functional and technical perspectives.

 

Documentation & Reporting
Ability to create and maintain test documentation, track defects, and support test-cycle sign-off. Should ensure traceability across requirements, test scripts, test execution, and defect resolution.
