Job Title: EDI TrustedLink (iSeries) Support Consultant
Location: Onshore/Remote 
Duration: 6+ months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EDI TrustedLink Support Consultant with strong expertise in TrustedLink on iSeries (AS/400) to provide application and production support. This role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting EDI transactions, partner communications, and system integrations in a live enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for EDI TrustedLink running on iSeries (AS/400).
Monitor EDI transactions and resolve transmission, mapping, and communication issues.
Troubleshoot inbound and outbound EDI document failures.
Work with trading partners to resolve connectivity, data, and compliance issues.
Support onboarding and maintenance of EDI trading partners.
Collaborate with internal application, infrastructure, and business teams.
Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and issue logs.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience supporting EDI TrustedLink on iSeries (AS/400).
Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12 / EDIFACT).
Experience troubleshooting EDI transmissions, mappings, and partner setups.
Familiarity with iSeries environments and operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting EDI integrations with ERP systems.
Prior experience in an onshore production support role.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
