Role Title: M365 Architect
Rate: $45/hr to $50/hr
Description: Technical/Functional Skills
· 10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Services administration
· Design, implement and support W365 CLOUD PC environment
· Lead windows Autopilot zero touch provisioning for device onboarding
· Manage and maintain Intune for device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment and endpoint security
· Implement and monitor Compliance policies and conditional access to ensure secure access aligned with security standards.
· Configure and support Single Sign on using SAML based authentication
· Work with security teams on PKI, Certificate based authentication
· Manage user and device lifecycle within Entra ID (Azure AD).
· Lead and support M365 related projects, including planning, execution, risk management and communication
· Collaborate with security, networking, and infra teams to deliver integrated solutions
· Provide L3 support and route cause analysis for complex M365 and endpoint related issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Administer and Optimize Microsoft 365 Services
· Design, implement and support W365 CLOUD PC environment

Collaboration & Support
· Act as SME for M365 platform and security-related topics.
· Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams.
· Provide L3 support for M365 and security escalations.
· Educate end-users and business units on best practices.
