Summary:
We
are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning
Web Components (LWC) and Apex to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom
Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires in-depth
knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices in both
frontend and backend development within Salesforce.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce
solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build responsive, scalable, and reusable Lightning Web
Components to enhance user experience.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and
asynchronous processes to support business logic.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and
stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical
solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and
deployment activities following Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications
to improve performance and usability.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to manage deployments
using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce platform issues,
ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new
features, and releases to proactively implement improvements.
- Provide technical documentation and support to
end-users and other team members.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with
hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture,
data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools:
Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Developer Console.
- Familiarity with integration techniques (REST/SOAP
APIs) and third-party app integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment processes
including change sets, metadata API, and CI/CD.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented
code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a
collaborative team environment.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce
Communities.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce automation tools like
Flow, Process Builder.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other frontend technologies
(JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
