Role: MS SQL Data Analyst

Location: Remote/EST

Duration: 6+ months

We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative MS SQL Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for building trusted partnerships across data, marketing, and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining complex healthcare data systems while serving as a strategic liaison between technical data work and business-facing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Design, develop, and sustain data systems using SQL/T-SQL and related technologies to support analytic readiness across complex healthcare datasets.

·  Serve as a subject matter expert on client datasets, maintaining full lifecycle documentation and quality assurance protocols for both recurring reports and new implementations

·  Collaborate regularly with marketing clients, project management, client services, and quality assurance teams to align data strategy with business objectives.

·  Effectively communicate technical outcomes into clear, business-relevant insights tailored for marketers, client teams, and executive audiences.

·  Demonstrated ability to triage client requests, set expectations with stakeholders, and execute complex data workflows with minimal supervision.

·  Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple clients and concurrent development of workstreams.

·  Produce reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators, uncover operational insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

·  Support and guide junior analysts, contributing to a culture of analytical excellence and mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience:

·  Bachelor’s degree

·  Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required, preferred in a healthcare or pharmaceutical space

·  3–5 years of experience with SQL Server, data integration, ETL development, and data validation techniques.

·  Strong command of data storytelling and the ability to explain complex logic to diverse audiences.

Technical & Soft Skills:

·  Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and data profiling tools; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Python.

·  Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple priorities while ensuring quality and accuracy.

·  Adept at fostering relationships, communicating proactively, and collaborating across internal and external teams.

·  Comfortable mentoring and setting quality standards for others in the team.
