•⁠  ⁠Experience in all aspects of application definition, design, development, and testing. 

•⁠  ⁠Expert application software development and programming skills throughout all layers of a technology stack. 

•⁠  ⁠Understanding of benefits and use cases for typical design approaches, especially Object-Oriented Design patterns, and familiarity with application architecture standards. 

•⁠  ⁠Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, identify, and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions. 

•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with automated testing practices. 

•⁠  ⁠Experience integrating solutions with other applications and platforms, internal and/or 3rd party.
