We are looking for a strong Business Analyst with W/ Excellent SQL/Redshift and ETL skills have at least 10 Years experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities

·                     Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data processing and analytics.

·                     Build, maintain, and enhance ETL pipelines using Redshift and other AWS data services.

·                     Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

·                     Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the AWS/Redshift ecosystem.

·                     Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of data solutions.

·                     Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across databases and ETL jobs.

·                     Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

·                     Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·                     Strong proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization.

·                     Hands‑on experience with Amazon Redshift and the broader AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, EC2).

·                     Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing best practices.

·                     Business Analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.

·                     Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.

·                     Proven experience in customer coordination and managing expectations.

·                     Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
