Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect

Role Overview
As
a Salesforce FSC Architect, you will act as a strategic bridge
between complex financial business requirements and scalable technical
solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of
Salesforce implementations, specifically leveraging Financial Services
Cloud (FSC) + Architect Experience to drive digital transformation in
banking, wealth management, or insurance sectors.
- Exposure
to Financial Service Cloud Or certified in the same is needed
- Experienced
in BFSI and has implemented FSC with wealth management/Insurance
Underwriting is good to have
- Develop
Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the functionality of
Salesforce and integrate with other systems
- Design
and build Lightning components and applications using Salesforce Lightning
Framework
- Create
and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts to enhance user
experience and productivity
- Conduct
thorough testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure quality and
adherence to specifications
Key Responsibilities
- Solution
Design & Architecture: Lead discovery workshops to gather
requirements and translate them into secure, scalable Salesforce
solutions. Design FSC-specific data models, including client/household
hierarchies, advisor workspaces, and referral tracking.
- Service
& Support Excellence: Architect Service Cloud functionalities
such as Omni-Channel routing, Case Management, and Knowledge Base,
ensuring they are optimized for financial service workflows.
- Integration
Leadership: Define integration patterns with core insurance/financial
systems and third-party apps using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like
MuleSoft or Informatica.
- Security
& Compliance: Establish identity and access strategies (SSO, MFA)
and enforce data privacy policies using Salesforce Shield to
meet industry regulations like GDPR or PCI DSS.
- Technical
Governance: Guide development teams on best practices, conduct design
reviews, and establish CI/CD pipelines (COPADO+GIT) for robust release
management.
Required Skills &
Qualifications
- Platform
Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce
FSC (Wealth, Banking, or Insurance – preferred) and Service
Cloud.
- Architectural
Foundation: Strong understanding of the Salesforce
Well-Architected Framework, including multi-tenancy, platform limits, and
large data volume (LDV) strategies.
- Technical
Acumen: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, and identity management
protocols (SAML, OAuth).
- Industry
Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products, customer
lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance standards
