Role: Billing Ops Project Manager

Location – Saint Louis, MO

Duration: Long Term


 

Job Description: 

BOT operational and Day one preparedness.  Consisting of but not limited to Call Center Technology (Day 1 IVR Call routing), Biller migrations, Operational support, change control and back-office support of frontline activities associated with the merger.                                                                                                                                                    

 

Activities to include:    

                                                                                                                             

 1. Project Planning and Management:

   - Define scope, objectives, and timelines for all areas of BOT (Billing Operations Technology)

   - Develop a detailed project plan outlining phases, tasks, and responsibilities associated with all BOT teams

2. Stakeholder Management:

   - Identify and engage key stakeholders from both organizations.

   - Facilitate communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.

3. Integration Strategy:

   - Develop an integration plan that covers organizational structure, Operations, systems management, and processes 

   - Develop training and team-building initiatives to support integration of resources

4. Communication:

   - Craft a clear communication strategy to inform employees, customers, and other   stakeholders

   - Manage internal and external messaging throughout the process.

 

Necessary skills/ requirements:

 

  1. Clear and concise communications – Proficient in English  
  2. 10-15 years program/ project management experience 
  3. Merger and Acquisition experience
  4. Biller knowledge – CSG, ICOMS & Amdocs 
  5. Telecom or equivalent experience 
  6. Depth of complex cross functional project management experience coupled with extensive familiarity with leadership visibility as status reporting and repeatable updates to Executive leadership will be required
