Candidate should have minimum 3.6+ Total IT Experience in which 2 years in .Net 1.1/2.0 and C# along with good communication skills

ASP.Net & C#

• Excellent Understanding of the C# Language
• Understanding of OOP Concepts like polymorphism, modularity, encapsulation etc.,
• Good demonstrable working knowledge of interfaces, collections, Generics, Configuration and Installing Assemblies, Monitoring and Debugging Applications and Reading and Writing Files
• Experience with creating and working with system and custom implementation of resource driven globalize applications
• Excellent understanding of Delegate and Event Implementation

Asp.Net Controls

1. Controls design and implementation
2. Template controls
3. Understanding the controls lifecycle, an understanding of when actions should be performed with regards to controls
4. Understanding and implementing control state persistence
5. Using and debugging complex custom data controls
6. Sub-Classing controls
7. Design with performance considerations in mind

Pages

• Page class/ Template Building
• Understanding the page lifecycle
• Working within custom page classes where properties and methods have been added to the new application base page
• Understanding and working with page data persistence, session and viewstate management.

JavaScript

• Solid understanding of JavaScript and the Document Object Model
• Ability to quickly create scripts to achieve user interface functionality
• Good understanding of the ClentScriptManager accessed through Page.ClientScriipt
• Practical Knowledge of how to register variables ExpandoAttributes, Arrays etc.,
