Calculation/Formula in dotliquid

Is there a possibility to use a formula in dotliquid? I would like to calculate the following: [1-(variable1/variable2)]*100.

The middle part works already using {{var1 | DividedBy: var2 | FormatNumber: 'N2', 'de-DE' }}.

However, I don't know how to add the rest. Any ideas?
