Job Responsibilities

 

• Configure and support Core HCM, Business Processes, calculated fields, and supervisory org structures.
• Work with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
• Manage configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Perform functional support during audits, Workday releases, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution.

 

Required Skills

 

• 4–7+ years of Workday HCM functional experience.
• Hands-on with BP configuration, Security, Reporting, and Core HCM setup.
• Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills.
