Role: OpenText Architect
Location: Remote
Visa: No OPT/CPT/H1B
Job Description:
Your Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in the entire system development lifecycle and support applications in the document processing, printing and mail business.
· Design end-to-end CCM architecture using OpenText Exstream
· Define enterprise communication framework and standards
· Design scalable batch and on-demand document generation solutions
· Define reusable template/component architecture
· Establish communication orchestration workflows
· Create integration architecture with upstream and downstream systems
· Work closely with multiple teams (Interfacing CORE applications, project team, database administrator, developers, architect) on different platforms (like Unix, include windows, AIX, mainframe)
· Build and maintain reusable artifacts to process high volume data, invoke CCM Tool to compose documents.
· Deploy code across multiple environments from test to production.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
· Provide production support and development of applications for Document Delivery Technology team.
Technical leadership
· Help develop standard for best practice and maintain documentation.
· Technology Lead to development and implementation teams
· Conduct architecture and code reviews.
· Define development standards and best practices.
· Mentor CCM developers and technical leads.
· Support estimation, planning, and technical governance.
· Provide technical guidance during delivery lifecycle.
What you need (knowledge, Skills & Experience):

· Experience in OpenText Exstream Live and Empower
· Experience in migration from Exstream on-prem to Exstream Cloud
· Hands-on experience in Content Author, Communications Designer
· Experience in Communication Server
· Experience in Exstream Webapps
· Strong scripting background
· Knowledge of different platforms, Mainframe, Unix & Windows
· Experience in end-to-end migration project using accelerators and DXF.
· Experience in DXF architecture
· Experience in Dynamic data import
· Experience in Sorting and bundling and data aggregation.
· Ability to organize weekly status calls
· Risk Management
· Metrics & Measurements
· Defect prevention process

· Experience implementing other CCM systems like SmartCOMM, Quadient, GhostDraft
· Code deployment in different environment
· Ability to identify and implement cost saving and performance tuning activities
· Experience in automating process
