My Client is looking for a consultant for Business Analyst position for a Long Term Contract position in Local to Naperville, IL

Position - Business Analyst
Location - Local to Naperville, IL
Type – Contract

 

Role Descriptions:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in process automation or digital transformation projects.
• 3+ years of experience working with the Appian platform.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and BPMN standards.
• Experience creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps, and workflow documentation.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\
