Job Title: QA Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – local candidates only)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Work Authorization: USC or GC only

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong Data and Automation experience to support large-scale data platforms and event-driven systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with big data testing, data automation, and API automation in cloud-based environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in QA Automation with a focus on data-intensive platforms

Hands-on experience automating big data pipelines and platforms

Experience generating and managing large volumes of synthetic test data

Solid understanding of:

Data automation processes

Automation script development

Integration testing

Performance testing

REST-Assured API automation (mandatory)

Experience with Spock

Familiarity with Jira, Appium, and WebDriver

Strong knowledge of Kafka, Spark, S3, SQL scripting, and event streaming

Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS

Proficiency in Groovy and Java (Python is a plus)

Strong Unix/Linux scripting skills
