Qualifications

• +3 years of application as a technical product analyst or business analyst in large projects
• Experience in an agile process, managing project backlog, and helping to define priorities.
• Experience drawing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements using various techniques, including interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and diagramming.
• Possesses/maintains advanced data querying, reporting, and analysis skills and is comfortable recommending solutions to problems.
• Practical skill in building strategic and execution-focused plans and alliances with partner leadership.
• Demonstrates significant creativity and a variety of approaches to solving business and technical problems.
• Possesses/maintains advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses/maintains advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps) to capture user stories, create a dashboard, generate reports, report bugs, and use it to manage the complete agile project life cycle.
• Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices
• Knowledge of Real Estate Lending Products and mortgage business Area
• Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile, and Scrum Master (CSM) is helpful.
• Should have good communication skills and business requirements/writing skills for user stories.
