Hi Folks,

My client is looking for Business Analyst for 6 Month Contract role based in Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Position: Business Analyst

Location:  Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 Month Contract 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

8–10 years of experience in financial services, with strong exposure to commercial lending, corporate banking, credit risk, or loan operations environments

Demonstrated Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience delivering technology and process transformation initiatives in lending or banking operations.

Hands-on experience supporting or implementing loan origination systems (LOS), servicing platforms, collateral management systems, or credit risk tools within a regulated financial institution.

Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle, such as Deal structuring and underwriting, Credit approval workflows, Reporting and regulatory compliance, Loan booking and funding

Solid knowledge of regulations and risk frameworks impacting commercial lending institutions, including capital adequacy, collateral requirements, credit risk governance, and regulatory reporting obligations

Experience partnering with technology teams on: System design and configuration, Data integrations (APIs, data feeds, enterprise platforms),Workflow automation, Performance and control requirements

Proven ability to produce high-quality artifacts, including: BRD, Functional Specifications, Process map & Gap analysis, TOM, Test plans and implementation roadmaps

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Lending, Risk, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to assessing current-state processes and defining future-state solutions.

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and governance committees.

Must be onsite at the client in Atlanta, GA 3 days/wk
