Job Description

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and supporting complex Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI/PICOF.
• Build APIs, web services, XML/XSLT transformations, and integration flows.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and IT security teams.
• Support Workday bi-annual upgrades and regression cycles.
• Ensure all integrations follow Workday security and governance standards.

 

Required Skills

 

• 5–8+ years of Workday integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
• Solid understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with XSLT, XML, JSON.
• Excellent communication skills.
