Position - Technical Business Analyst – Banking/Financial Domain
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Roles & Responsibilities
· Analyze existing business workflows and processes to identify gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities.
· Conduct structured requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
· Create high-quality BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other documentation.
· Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
· Partner with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure accurate solution delivery.
· Perform SQL-based troubleshooting, data analysis, and impact assessments for production issues.
· Review and improve user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
· Develop and maintain documentation such as process maps, system diagrams, functional specs, and user guides.
· Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
· Support UAT, including test case validation, defect triage, and stakeholder coordination.
