Role: Delivery Manager - Loan IQ
Location: Charlotte, NC, Roanoke, VA, Irving TX (Hybrid) – Need Local
Visa: USC & GC Only
Job Description:
Will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of project or product delivery
· Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
· Experience working in Agile environment
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
· Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
· Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Desired Experience
· Operations experience
· LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge
What You Will Be Doing
· Facilitate project meetings
· Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
· Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
· Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
· Liaison with leadership as needed
