Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Payroll Integration Consultant with strong hands-on experience building payroll outbound/inbound integrations using Studio, PECI/PICOF, and Core Connectors.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Develop Workday integrations for U.S. Payroll using
• Workday Studio
• PECI, PICOF
• Core Connectors (Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking)
• EIBs, Reports-as-a-Service
• Support integrations with payroll vendors such as ADP, Equifax, Fidelity.
• Build & maintain XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP services.
• Troubleshoot payroll integration issues across retro pay, tax updates, earning/deduction changes.
• Support payroll parallel testing & release testing.
• Ensure integration compliance for financial & audit controls.

 

Required Skills

 

• 5–8+ years Workday Integration experience.
• Must have Payroll integration background.
• Strong XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST, and Workday API experience.
• Experience with vendor payroll files
