Hi Folks,



My client is looking for Change Management Lead(ERP) for 12 Month Contract role based in Pittsburgh, PA (Remote).

 

Position: Change Management Lead(ERP)

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of change management strategies for ERP implementation and integration programs.

• Apply PROSCI (ADKAR) methodology to assess change impact and drive adoption.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, including identification, mapping, and engagement planning.

• Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication plans across business and technical teams.

• Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and SMEs to align change activities with project milestones.

• Assess organizational readiness and support change impact assessments across functions such as regulatory, quality, clinical, and supply chain.

• Contribute to the development of training materials and end-user enablement programs.

• Identify and manage resistance to change, proposing mitigation strategies.

• Track and report change adoption metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare environments.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of strong experience working as a Change Management Consultant on multiple ERP integration programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).

• PROSCI Certification (mandatory) with practical application experience.

• 5+ years of proven expertise in stakeholder analysis and engagement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

• 5+ years of experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices industries.

• Understanding of GxP, FDA, or other regulatory frameworks.

• Exposure to global transformation or consulting environments.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
