Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, Agentforce, and MuleSoft integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, building custom applications, automating business processes, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems. Experience with Salesforce CRMA (CRM Analytics), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API-based integrations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Customize Salesforce applications through Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Roles, and Page Layouts.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using MuleSoft, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Informatica ETL.
- Define and implement integration patterns for real-time and batch data synchronization across enterprise systems.
- Develop Agentforce-based solutions to support AI-driven business processes and automation initiatives.
- Create reusable, efficient, and testable code with appropriate unit test coverage.
- Optimize performance for large data volumes and complex business processes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, release management, deployment activities, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and CI/CD deployment standards.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL and SOSL
- Visualforce
- Aura Components
- Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Experience with Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model and platform architecture.
- Experience working with large datasets and data migration activities.
- Familiarity with Informatica ETL and data integration processes.
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Gearset, or equivalent.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agentforce implementation and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
- MuleSoft Certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM integration environments.
