Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite – Must be available for in-person interviews)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Data Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights, and expertise in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Create, monitor, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Present complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting systems.
• Document analytical methodologies, business rules, data definitions, and reporting processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending data-driven business solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with data cleansing, validation, and quality management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to enterprise analytics platforms and reporting environments.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
• Experience supporting operational and strategic business initiatives through analytics.
