Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio, Omni-Channel, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, AI/Agentforce, and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and working across the complete Salesforce development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. Telecommunications or Media industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio, including:
• OmniScript
• DataRaptor
• FlexCards
• Integration Procedures
• Configure and develop Salesforce Omni-Channel, including queues, skills-based routing, presence/status configuration, and agent workload management.
• Develop solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, MuleSoft, Kafka, and other event-driven integration platforms.
• Support Salesforce Agentforce and AI capabilities, including AI-powered agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI automation.
• Implement Salesforce security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Establish and maintain Salesforce CI/CD and deployment pipelines using Git, Copado, or similar tools.
• Perform Salesforce testing, debugging, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
• Apply Salesforce best practices for governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex issues in Salesforce production environments.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel.
• Strong experience with OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, OOP, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Strong experience with REST API integrations.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Kafka, or event-driven integration platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies is highly preferred.
• Experience with Git, Copado, CI/CD, VS Code, Jira, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce testing, debugging, governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce production environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
