Job Title – ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Senior Developer
Location: New Jersey (NJ) or Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating vulnerability scanners, configuring CMDB integrations, automating remediation workflows, and developing dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
  • Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow VR with vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.
  • Configure MID Servers, data sources, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB integrations.
  • Automate vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management.
  • Develop custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for vulnerability metrics.
  • Support ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize VR implementations and integrations.

Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
  • Strong experience with:
    • ServiceNow VR
    • CMDB
    • Discovery
    • ITSM
    • MID Servers
    • JavaScript
    • Glide API
    • Flow Designer
    • REST/SOAP Integrations
  • Experience integrating vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Performance Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle and security operations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
