Role: QA-Software Test Analyst

Responsible for:

Responsibilities Include:

· Run the automated tests and analyze the bugs and report in Azure DevOps

· Execute the manual tests and report in Azure DevOps

· Attend daily stand-up meetings and triage the bugs with the project team

· Reviewing the Test documents and provide the feedback

· Update the end-to-end Test Cases for UAT preparation

· Facilitate User Acceptance Testing

· Build Automation Tests using the tool Playwright

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT software/application projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.

• Familiarity with enterprise software such as Oracle and SQL Server.

• Understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (TFS) for managing agile artifacts.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum (SAFe) and Waterfall environments.

• Skilled at creating swim lane diagrams, flow charts, and business process models.

• Ability to mediate between business stakeholders and technical teams.
