Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who promotes Agile best practices, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and helps teams remove impediments to achieve sprint goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise Agile environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams

Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master – preferred)
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps concepts is a plus
