Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead / Project Manager with a strong background in the Lending and Banking domain to lead Agile project delivery for enterprise financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as both a Scrum Master and Project Manager, driving Agile best practices while ensuring successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile project delivery by serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning (where applicable).
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership.
• Identify project risks, remove impediments, and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure development, integration, testing, and release activities remain aligned across teams.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence.
• Drive stakeholder communication and facilitate decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Ensure compliance with banking and payments industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and integration partners as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong experience within the Lending, Banking, or Financial Services domain (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong understanding of Lending processes, Loan Origination, Banking operations, or Financial Services.
• Experience working with Payment Systems or FinTech applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Kanban, and SDLC.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
