Technical Project Management
Plan, execute, and track technical projects across software development, data platforms, and system integrations
Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable technical tasks
Coordinate hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering healthcare and pharmaceutical technology solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices while adapting frameworks to regulated environments
Remove impediments and proactively address blockers impacting team delivery
