Oracle Cloud S&OP Consultant / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud S&OP modules.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Planning Central, Demand Management, and Supply Planning modules as per business needs.
  • Support integration with related Oracle modules such as Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
  • Develop and execute test plans, validation scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions, including at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud S&OP.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Planning Central modules.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end S&OP processes, including demand forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and analytics within the Oracle Planning framework.
  • Knowledge of Fusion SCM, Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
