Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica BDM/ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica IDMC/IICS, PowerCenter, Snowflake, GCP, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing enterprise ETL/ELT solutions, migrating data from on-premises databases to cloud platforms, optimizing data pipelines, and supporting production environments.

Required Skills

• 4–6+ years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering.
• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC/IICS, PowerCenter, and PowerExchange.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform (GCP/BigQuery).
• Experience in Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Data Migration, and Business Intelligence.
• Expertise in creating CDI, CDQ, CAI mappings, taskflows, processes, and workflows in Informatica Cloud.
• Experience migrating data from Oracle, SQL Server, and other on-prem databases to Snowflake/BigQuery.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills across Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Teradata, and DB2.
• Experience developing ETL pipelines for Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Teradata, and DB2.
• Experience extracting data from GCS, AWS S3, and Azure Blob Storage.
• Knowledge of Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), Change Data Capture (CDC), partitioning, and ETL performance tuning.
• Experience with UNIX Shell scripting, PowerShell, and DOS scripting.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys, UC4, and Cron.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident and production support.
• Strong experience creating test plans, data validation scripts, system testing, and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica technologies.
• Build and maintain enterprise data integration pipelines across cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives from Oracle/SQL Server to Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Optimize ETL performance using partitioning, pushdown optimization, and CDC techniques.
• Support production ETL jobs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce and Veeva CRM with cloud data platforms.
• Create reusable Informatica mappings, workflows, taskflows, and processes.
• Implement automation using shell scripting and enterprise schedulers.
• Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and governance practices.
