My Client is looking for a consultant for Salesforce Developer – Telecom / Media position for a Long Term Contract position in Remote.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of Salesforce experience and 5+ years of Telecommunications / Media industry experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, OmniStudio, Omni-Channel, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, AI/Agentforce, and CI/CD. The candidate should have experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations and supporting complex production environments.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel, including configuration, development, and implementation.
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including:
    • OmniScript
    • DataRaptor
    • FlexCards
    • Integration Procedures
  • Strong experience with Omni-Channel, including routing, queues, skills-based routing, presence/status configuration, and agent workload management.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Object-Oriented Programming, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce design patterns, configuration, security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven integration platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies, including AI-powered agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI automation, and integration of AI services with Salesforce.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, AI security, data grounding, and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience designing scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
  • Hands-on experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines using Git, Copado, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Git, VS Code, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, performance optimization, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous Apex.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, technical design, architecture, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
  • Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce AI / Agentforce Certifications

Industry Experience

Telecommunications / Media industry experience is strongly preferred.
