My client is looking for ERP Program Manager for 6 Month Contract role based in Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)

Position: ERP Program Manager

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)

Duration: 6 Month Contract
Rate: $65/hr. on C2C max

Position Summary

The Program Manager – ERP Transition will lead a large-scale transformation initiative to migrate the legacy business systems into the company’s main ERP platform. This role demands strong ERP and finance process expertise, proven experience in program management, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and global teams.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex programs involving technology, process, and organizational change

Experience

12+ years of overall project/program management experience.

Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs, preferably within finance or enterprise systems.

Experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional, global programs.

Familiarity with Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, or similar quality frameworks.

Proven track record in organizational change management (OCM) using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR.
