Role: Portfolio Program Manager

Location: Draper, UT – Onsite (Local only)

Client: Acima


Visa: NO CPT/OPT/H1B

 

Job Description:

 

This person will sit onsite at their Draper, UT location and would ideally be within a 30-minute commute. They’ll also need to be onsite 5 days/week – that’s a non-negotiable for them.

 

Portfolio-level Program Manager:

·        Manage multiple programs and projects that may or may not be directly related.

·        Prioritize resources and investments across the portfolio.

·        Ensure all projects/programs support the organization’s strategic objectives.

·        Report, as needed, with dashboards, KPIs, and financials.

·        Make tradeoff decisions (e.g., shifting budget, delaying a project, or accelerating one) based on business priorities.

 

Skills & Expectations

·        Coordinate with senior leadership to align projects with business strategy.

·        Provide governance and reporting on health of all initiatives.

·        Oversee budget management across projects/programs.

·        Ensure standardized processes (methodology, compliance, reporting cadence).

·        Spot risks and issues at the portfolio level and escalate appropriately.
