Role: Scrum Master

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Type – Long Term Contract

 

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

· 10+ years of overall Industry experience with at least 5+ years of Scrum Master/Tech. PM

· Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum

· Understanding/exposure to overall agile ceremonies and ability to lead those ceremonies

· Knowledge of Sharepoint/PowerApps development

· Build monitoring alerts and incident response processes

· Detailed knowledge of tools like JIRA/SNOW/etc.

· Knowledge of managing multiple squads

· Able to define/write stories

· Onsite/Offshore coordination

· Handle/manage multiple teams from multiple vendors

Roles & Responsibilities

· Able to develop PowerApps applications

· Run key Scrum ceremonies:

o Sprint Planning

o Daily Scrum

o Sprint Review

o Sprint Retrospective

o Backlog Refinement sessions

· Liaising/ Interacting with offshore and onsite management and ensure regular discussion and communication among onsite and offshore teams · Writing user stories · Participate in requirement discussion and convert into user stories · Leading and overseeing the project end to end · Participates in design discussion and drives the team to achieve the end goal of the program · Co-ordinate with multiple teams/vendors · Lead/Manage agile ceremonies · Manage deliverables · Plan/manage releases
