Oil of the Month NFR Orders: Serenity

In our home, we like to diffuse Serenity in the evenings. Serenity is a beautiful essential oil blend, composed of individual oils known for their calming properties. It's a wonderful way to create a sense of well-being and relaxation. The calming fragrances in serenity are Lavender, Marjoram (sweet), Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood and Vanilla Bean Extract. It is for topical or aromatic use. Applied to the bottom of the feet at bedtime, dōTERRA's Serenity is an excellent way to promote restful sleep. Added to a warm bath, Serenity creates the perfect escape.

Serenity is dubbed as the Oil of Forgiveness. The aroma is so soothing and has a very powerful effect on the heart and calming the mind. It may calm feelings of hostility, fear, anger, jealousy, rage and resentment. This blend can support individuals who struggle to forgive others for their hurtful blunders and behaviours. Combined, the oils of this blend soften the hardened heart and assist individuals in overcoming their criticisms and judgments of other people. When an individual expects too much from others, this blend can relax their perfectionistic expectations. It assists individuals in viewing others with tenderness and compassion. It teaches that Divine grace is for all and that no one is perfect. The need to blame others stems from unhappiness and pain in one's own life. Serenity (Calming Blend) encourages individuals to look at themselves first when they feel like blaming someone else. Serenity brings a person more in touch with the qualities of love, openness and receptivity. This blend helps heal the emotional wounds in the heart so that love may flow freely. It fosters tenderness and love in every relationship. It assists the heart in remaining whole by practicing principles of forgiveness.

Oil of the Month OTG Orders: Cypress
Place a 125 PV OTG order or more before the 15th of July and receive a free 15ml bottle of Cypress.
Because Cypress is such a strong astringent in much of the literature it is recommended for concerns that take advantage of this property. This includes items such as skin care, hemorrhoids, varicose veins and excess perspiration or undesirable odor of the feet. Very well recommended for hemorrhoids using a wash or ointment using a 1 or 2% dilution is suggested. The same ointment can be used for varicose veins applied topically lightly to the area (no massage) with strokes toward the heart. For excess foot perspiration a foot bath again with a 1 or 2% dilution. Some mention Cypress benefiting the symptoms of asthma when diffused properly.
Precautions: Can be a skin irritant. Use a skin test. Use with care during pregnancy.
