Hello everyone,

As we come into the last month of Diamond Club (ask your direct upline about this amazing leadership and team building program which will open again same time next year if you want to qualify for it!), I have to say my energy is nearly all spent and have been taking my LLV religiously and using my mood oils like crazy to keep my calm :)

Some Cedarwood essential oil protocols:

• Acne: Add one drop of Cedarwood essential oil to your daily routine (consider using within a moisturiser, cleanser, or by itself as needed).
• Anxiety: Inhale straight from the bottle, diffuse into the air, or apply a single drop above your brow.
• Asthma: Gently massage 1-2 drops into the chest and throat daily or as needed.
• Bladder Infection: Gently massage 1-2 drops over the kidneys and/or bladder 2-3 times a day.
• Calming: Place 1 drop in your hands, rub together, then cup over the nose and mouth and inhale deeply (but calmly) for 3-5 minutes.
• Congestion: Apply 1-2 drops over the bridge of the nose and/or over your sinuses.  You can also massage the oil into the reflex points of the feet.
• Cough: Apply 1-2 drops over the throat and chest several times a day.
• Dandruff: Massage 1-2 drops directly into scalp; consider using a carrier to maximise the anti-fungal and moisturising benefits. You can also add 3-5 drops to your shampoo for daily use and prevention.
• Eczema: Use 1-2 drops over the affected area; use virgin coconut oil to help moisturise and protect.
• Grounding: Place 1 drop in your hands, rub together, then cup over the nose and mouth and breathe naturally for several minutes. Or massage into the feet daily with fractionated coconut oil to help spread the oil over the entire bottom of both feet.
• Kidney Support: Massage 1-2 drops over the kidney area several times a day or as symptoms flare.
• Loneliness: Place a single drop in your hands, rub together, cup over the nose and mouth inhale deeply for 3-5 minutes. Also apply over the heart centre.
• Moths/Bed Bugs: Place a drop on a cotton ball or fabric strip and place or hang in closets, storage boxes, or other problem areas. Replace as needed.
• Psoriasis: Massage 1-2 drops of Cedarwood essential oil onto the affected area, 1-2 times a day.
• Skin Issues (General): Consider any type of topical application, such as: massaging into the area, adding to a bath, reflex points of feet, etc.
• Stress: Apply a drop over the heart centre (if it’s emotional), the brow (if it’s mental), or inhale deeply and directly from the bottle.  Diffusing into the air can also provide great relief at home or at work.
• Tension: Massage into the areas that you find yourself holding tension, or consider the uses listed above, for stress.
• Urinary Tract Infection: Massage 1-2 drops of Cedarwood essential oil over the bladder and kidney areas several times a day or as needed.
• Urinary Support: Consider the Cedarwood uses listed above for urinary tract infection or kidney support.
• Water Retention: Massage 1-2 drops onto the reflex points of the feet, or over the kidney and bladder area 1-2 times a day.

Cedarwood can only be purchased NFR at the moment not OTG.

It's on offer for free if you place an NFR LRP order of 125 PV before the 15th of the month.
