About Balance (Grounding Blend)

Please note: The new formula has Ho Wood instead of Rosewood. 

Balance is a favourite of mine. I love to start my day with Balance rubbed on the back of my neck or on my wrists. It helps keep me focused and grounded and helps with positive energy. necks or on the spine. Spruce, one of the oils in this blend, was used by Native Americans for medicinal and spiritual reasons and is still used today to bring harmony to the mind and body. Ho Wood, Blue Tansy, and Blue Chamomile can soothe sore muscles and joints, promotes circulation, and relax the body, while Frankincense supports cellular health and overall well-being.

Fun Fact: The blue color in Balance comes from the constituent chamazulene from Blue Tansy.

About Citrus Bliss (Invigorating Blend)

Primary Benefits:

Uses:

• Diffuse its dreamy aroma for calming, elevating, killing airborne pathogens, and eliminating odours.
• Make a surface disinfecting spritz with a 2%-5% dilution of distilled water (shake often).
• Use the spritz on bed sheets one hour before bed time to repel dust mites, fleas, and other bed bugs.
• Use on kitchen or bathroom surfaces.
• Spray in cars, offices and bathrooms.
• Cup and inhale or make a tissue cup to enjoy the elevating or calming qualities of citrus bliss.
• Use as a clean smelling aftershave that will also soothe skin, especially after irritating shaves.
• Use 4-5 drops in a large bowl or sink to wash fruits and vegetables. The wash will clean off chemicals, pesticides and pathogens, but will also help preserve the fruits and vegetables.

About Geranium Essential Oil

I find this oil is one of dōTERRA's best kept secrets! Geranium is a common ingredient in many skin care products and offers outstanding benefits for soothing skin. Also useful for joint support and tempering minor aches and pains, Geranium’s calming effects make it a popular choice for many essential oil users.

Usage Tips: 

• Use in an Aromatherapy Steam Facial to help your skin.
  
• Add a drop to your moisturizer to help balance oil production.
  
• Geranium is great for both dry and oily hair. Apply a few drops to your shampoo or conditioner bottle, or make your own Deep Hair Conditioner.
  
• Diffuse aromatically to help relieve occasional stress, anxiety, and tension.
  
• Blends well with Bergamot, Clary Sage, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lime, Rosemary, and Wild Orange.

About TerraShield (Repellent Blend)

It provides protection from insect bites in a blend of 15 essential oils, including lemon, eucalyptus, citronella and lemongrass, mixed in a base of fractionated coconut oil. Unlike other synthetic products like (DEET), its appealing citrus-based aroma makes it pleasant to use. It is safe and effective for the whole family, even young children. In this day and age of Lyme Disease and West Nile Virus, we definitely need to protect ourselves with TerraShield.  

The oils in this insect repellent blend have been shown to lift the mood, enhance circulation, improve lymph drainage, improve alertness and mental clarity and boost immunity, among other things.  Beyond this, TerraShield has no nasty side effects. 

A quick protective blend is putting on TerraShield (at least) or the bug spray combo of 15 drops each of TerraShield, Peppermint and Purify in a 4oz spray bottle w/ purified or distilled water. Unless it is a very sweaty day, coverage should last 6 hours.
