24.09.25 upgrade page edit issues

After upgrading to 24.09.25 from 24.08.27 I noticed odd issues when editing pages. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue: 

- Go to the dotCMS demo site as admin

- Browser - campaigns - colorado-preseason-special page

- It displays the page with some Default Containers that are empty with the message This container is empty.

- Click the Preview - HD Monitor (or any other options). It shows the preview but still has the empty containers. Is this the expected behavior?

- Close the preview. Click the Layouts icon on the right hand side. Change the layout. Click on the Content icon above the Layout icon. It will show the popup message that the changes are saved. 

- Now it shows the page without showing the Default Containers that are empty. Rolling over the existing content doesn't provide any behavior anymore. 

The page edit functionality seems to be broken.

FWIW, a full page refresh seems to bring the containers back.

Is seeing all the empty containers rendered in the preview with the message "This container is empty" related to this issue as well? I assume the empty containers should not be visible in the preview mode in the Universal Visual Editor?
