High Availability NAS Correct Architecture Fix Help

Hi, 

As we are lacking hardware to do failover/RAID setup for NAS.

Lets say if the NAS broken (assets), dotCMS 1 and dotCMS 2 cannot be use.

Is there anyway else assets can be put on server 1 and server 2 side?

We are thinking if we can put the assets to separate dotCMS? for example dotCMS 1 using assets 1 and dotCMS 2 using assets 2. When we do push publish from development environment, we push to two dotCMS (dotCMS 1 and dotCMS 2).
