Policy database now live

The policy database is now live at http://dotappapp.com/Policy.aspx.

The purpose of the database is to set the rules for the registry once when we get the approval to run it from ICANN.  The principle is that discussions will start here on this forum, and some points will be promoted up to the Web site where they will ultimately form policy.

Please do jump onto the database and discuss the items that are currently in place.  :-)
