Stealth mode pre-registrations

Based on feedback, you can now pre-register domains in "stealth mode".
They work like normal pre-registered domains, but they don't appear in recent activity, we won't tweet about them, and they won't appear on your profile.
They will appear in the Pre-WHOIS database, but someone would need to explicitly search for them.
