You will find resources for creating interactive Dot-to-Dot apps here.

The app that this group was initially set up for uses these pictures to map the dots in sequence for later game play.

To map a Dot-to-Dot picture, the user is prompted to touch (tag) each dot in order.
Each dot location is then recorded in sequence and a name given and type: numbers or letters
This data - along with the original picture file name - is stored in a TinyDB database.

For game play, the user picks the type of picture (numbers or letters) then the picture.
The user must then touch the correct dots in the correct sequence. .
Each time a correct dot is touched a line is drawn from the preceding dot.to the current dot.
When all lines have been drawn, the game is over.

There either links-to-pictures or attached pictures here of the following types
  • Ready-to-use Dot-to-Dot pictures -- contains pictures that are ready to be mapped (already contain dots and letters or numbers)
  • Coloring Pages to use as Dot-to-Dot templates -- contains coloring pages that can be modified by covering/removing lines and adding dots and letters or numbers
In the app itself there are drawing tools to create a custom Dot-to-Dot drawing.
The user can save their dot-to-dot picture which includes dots and numbers, then recall it for tagging later.
Don't put more than a few dozen dots in your dot-to-dot picture if your device has a tiny screen!

Have fun!
