Issue with Report Designer for .NET 3.1

Hi Victor

I hope you are well.

There appears to be an issue with the online report designer and borders.

If I capture borders on sections (e.g. a page border of say 10 points all-round) and grids and then save the document, it works just fine.  If I close the browser window and then come back and read the file back in, the borders are all messed up.  The left and bottom borders often completely disappear.

Any ideas?  I assume this is a bug.

P.S. I assume this is an issue with opening the file rather than saving it out, as saving seems to work just fine but reading the file back in is when the issue arises.
