How To Update Timmkoo Mp3 Player

NewMP3 player originally was recognized and opened on my Macbook. I did a system update to Macbook and now when I plug in the MP3 player to the usb port, nothing happens. The Mp3 player is compatible with Mac. Also, I've plugged other things into the USB and they are all recognized, just not the MP3 player. Help.....

I recommend to connect the MP3 player in more than one USB or USB-C port and see if that helps. This will help determine if there's a specific port that is not working. Also, while the MP3 player is connected, I suggest going to the menu bar, select the Apple icon > About This Mac. Select the "Overview" tab, then click System Report. You'll see a window appear.
