Berikut kami kirimkan TOR Kegiatan Sesi Ilmiah untuk diserahkan ke pihak donatur (In Health Insurance). Semoga Bpk berkenan untuk memberikan koreksi sebelum dikirimkan ke pihak In Health.

NB: sesuai diskusi dengan Ibu Partiah, beliau yang katanya akan mengirimkan TOR ini ke pihak In Health.
