Having just answered another request for info on above, can't recall if I sent you attached, but here tis - usually is request for a provider nearby, and I just send out the list, also giving Anna above as the contact for the Dorset Land Network, for any fresh contacts since I was less involved.

 

Carol - no doubt you'll be ensuring my name isn't anywhere on MLMC/D4U after 16 Dec - the main enquiries I get now are for outdoor therapy - Derek can advise as to who should be new contact (and for dementia).
